1. About FineMenu

FineMenu is a professional one-time digital menu setup service, not software or a subscription platform. We design, build, and deliver complete digital menus featuring realistic 3D food visuals, QR codes, and optional add-ons for restaurants, hotels, cafés, and hospitality venues.


2. Scope of Services

Depending on the package selected, FineMenu may provide:

  • Digital menu design and setup

  • A defined number of realistic 3D dish visuals

  • QR codes linked to the digital menu

  • Multi-language menu structure (based on client-provided content)

  • One-time delivery of a ready-to-use digital menu

FineMenu does not provide:

  • Ongoing hosting guarantees unless explicitly stated

  • Monthly subscriptions

  • POS integration unless agreed separately

  • Unlimited revisions or updates


3. Packages & One-Time Payment

All FineMenu packages are one-time setup services with no subscription or recurring fees.

Package details (including number of 3D dishes, pricing, and delivery scope) are defined at the time of purchase:

  • Basic Setup

  • Pro Setup

  • Premium Setup

Payment is required in full before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.


4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate menu items, descriptions, prices, translations, and reference materials

  • Confirm dietary, allergen, and legal food information

  • Review and approve previews in a timely manner

  • Ensure QR codes are used in compliance with local regulations

FineMenu is not responsible for incorrect information supplied by the client.


5. Revisions & Changes

  • Reasonable revisions are included during the initial setup phase only

  • Requests after final delivery are considered menu updates and billed per request

  • Additional 3D dishes beyond the package limit are billed per dish


6. Delivery & Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Late or incomplete client materials

  • Revision requests

  • Technical or creative complexity

FineMenu is not liable for business losses due to delivery delays.


7. Intellectual Property

  • FineMenu retains ownership of all design frameworks, templates, and 3D modeling techniques

  • Upon full payment, the client receives a commercial license to use the delivered digital menu and 3D visuals for their own business

  • Resale, redistribution, or reuse for third parties is prohibited without written permission


8. Optional Add-Ons

Optional services and products may include:

  • Extra 3D dishes

  • Menu updates

  • Custom QR stands

  • FineCall hardware (call buttons and smartwatch receivers)

Add-ons are billed separately and governed by these Terms.


9. Hardware (FineCall)

If you purchase FineCall hardware:

  • Hardware is sold as a one-time purchase with no subscription

  • FineMenu is not responsible for misuse, physical damage, or improper installation

  • Warranty coverage (if any) is limited to manufacturer terms


10. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services:

  • All payments are non-refundable once work has started

  • No refunds are issued for completed or partially completed services

  • Hardware refunds are subject to condition and approval


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FineMenu shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities

  • Misuse of QR codes or menus

  • Customer decisions influenced by menu visuals

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service.


12. No Performance Guarantees

FineMenu does not guarantee:

  • Increased sales or customer engagement

  • Specific customer behavior

  • Compatibility with all future devices or browsers

Marketing and performance outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.


13. Termination

FineMenu reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if:

  • The client violates these Terms

  • Abusive, fraudulent, or illegal behavior is identified

  • Payment obligations are not met

Termination does not entitle the client to a refund.


14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where FineMenu operates, unless otherwise required by law.


15. Changes to Terms

FineMenu may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
